Today we went to Rum Point, Cayman Kai. It's a little place on the other side of the island that people go to RELAX......hence the name Ecstasea.
Zeke and I spent the day up at Rum Point with friends. We had everything we needed but the only ingredient we were missing was Jason - to enjoy the festivities!

Zeke was so excited to be up at Rum Point....he spent quite a while looking for iguanas and running up and down the paths......long stretches of fun!
It's called napping on the go. Zeke's taking a nap after returning from a run with Mom.

Shortly after we got to Rum Point, Zeke decided to take in a game of Vball.
Zeke, Carley, Mercedes, and Hayley. The girls were building mermaid appendages. Zeke was interested only in the big yellow shovel.
Zeke and Carley
These are Zeke little buddy sisters Gabriella and Stephanie.
Zeke loves to play with both girls and is very fond of both of them!
We call this footage: Cheezy Mermaids!
Pebbles & BamBam at it once again.....stirring up trouble. Put your hands in the air and wave 'em like you just don't care!

Here's some footage of two half pints stirring up a good helping of mayhem!
"Zeke.....come on this way."
"No way, you come this a way....I'm headed for the showers!"

Ahh....the shower.......

Yes, and even the Momma's got a picture off......minus Suze (next time).
Here are some shots Zeke and I took on our run through the streets of Cayman Kai.

As you travel in and around the streets of Cayman Kai.....most of the homes are vacation/ retreat homes. They've taken "a play on words" which is actually quite interesting. All revolving on the word Cayman "Kai". See below how creative some of them are.

The Caribbean is known for its pleuthora of bright colors................These are pasteli hues but the architecture combined with the color speaks for itself. This island needs help when it comes to both. Rainbows were meant to be in the sky after the rainfall, not on the side of a house!
And that in itself is what is so engaging! You can't take your eyes off of it......and help but stare with your mouth wide open and you're thinking, "What the? What were they thinking?" Personal expression at it's finest.

How's this for personal expression? Now despite the fact that this Pepto Bismol blob serves a purpose architecturally speaking, (to ward off hurricane winds/damage with it's circular dimension) why the orange? If this place was white I'd live in it........it would put me closer to where I came from......the igloo!?!?!
Anyway, hope you enjoyed our trip to Rum Point, Cayman Kai.......Zeke and I certainly did!
Find ecstasy in life; the mere sense of living, is joy enough.
